So, today was leg day, and it was my late day at work, which sucks, all over a meeting.

Squat, 185 lbs.
Good Morning, 95 lbs.
4 sets of 8 reps per leg
Step-Up (12″ Box), 80 lbs.
4 sets of 16 reps
Calf Raise, BW
Finisher – 900 Meter row.
Took me 39 minutes overall to finish the workout.

Well I am a budding writer, or so I am trying to be, getting started has been quite difficult due to having to complete school, but at this point I am nearly done with that and will now have some more time to focus on getting this off the ground.
