Today’s WOD

So for today, back to Crossfit, and was today a good way to start back.

3 Rounds for time of:

800 Meter Row

25 Tows to Bar

25 Deadlifts – 120 lbs.

Time to complete 37 Minutes and I burned 430 Calories. Average heart rate was 134, hitting a max of 165.

This was a good workout, so I think that the Doc was right, maybe its better I stick with things that are going to be more general fitness, the goal is to keep feeling as young as possible for as long as possible. Trying to relive my powerlifting days be getting strong again isn’t going to get me there, most likely just get me hurt again.

Well I am a budding writer, or so I am trying to be, getting started has been quite difficult due to having to complete school, but at this point I am nearly done with that and will now have some more time to focus on getting this off the ground. I am originally from New Jersey but now reside in Delaware, have been here now for 6 years and counting.
